What numbers can I call for free ?
Solo Plan

Landline calls only, 01, 02 and 03 numbers

Professional, Business and Enterprise Plan

01, 02 and 03 landline calls, mobile networks included are to Vodafone, EE, Three, O2 and any associated networks.
Lycamobile, Virgin Mobile and any other MVNO's are not included.
Are your packages truly unlimited ?
Our Unlimited call plan’s are subject at all times to a limit of 2500 minutes in aggregate during each monthly billing period for outgoing inclusive calls.
Can your packages be used for call centres ?
Our Professional, Business, Enterprise and World plans must not be used for the purpose of call centres or any outbound marketing campaigns.
Any use that may be deemed as not "fair business use". Calls may be blocked and you my be asked to move your services to another provider.
How long are your contracts and is there a trial period ?
All VoIP services are subject to a minimum period of 12 months, contract periods may be longer where free hardware or free porting is applied.
Can I use your services abroad or is it UK only ?
You can use your services anywhere in the world, so long as you have internet connection.
On this package can I divert my calls to my mobile phone ?
On the Solo package, you can divert calls to your mobile, but the calls will be chargeable at our standard rate. Solo package does not have any mobile inclusive minutes.

On Professional, Business and Enterprise plans, mobile minutes are included, you can use your allowance to divert calls to your mobile at no further costs, providing your mobile network fits are free profile. You also need to be aware the allowed minutes are sufficient for the duration you will have your calls on divert.
I am still in contract, will Xinix pay the penalty ?
We do not pay towards any costs your current supplier may impose on you as a result of you moving your services, please enquire with your current supplier.

Can I upgrade my package ?
Yes you can upgrade your package anytime.
Can I get a free trial account ?
Yes we provide free 14 day trial on a demo account with an incoming call number. £5 free credit is also applied for you to make some test calls.
What is your support response time ?
Our support response time is four hours, although you can also call in and speak to one of our technicians, on most occasion we can resolve your issue while you are on the call.
Can I use my existing phone ?
Yes you can, providing they are IP phones, if your phones are not IP then you can buy an ATA.
Can I transfer my number ? How long does it take ?
The number transfer process takes approximately 5-10 business working days to transfer your line from the time we receive your completed documents. There will be no disruption to your service and you will keep the same number.
Will there be any disruption of telephone service during the transfer ?
No. There will be no disruption to your service; the only difference you will notice is lower bills.
Can I have multiple handsets connected to this one package ?
You can, but the user extension number will be the same.
How do I pay for my subscription ?
Our preferred method is direct debit or you can register a card. In the absence of a payment method your account will be PAYG.
What speed is required for good VoIP service ?
For the best call clarity, the minimum speed for VoIP phone calls is between 90 kbps (kilobits per second) to 156 kbps.
We are a charity do you have any discount ?
Charities receive a 10% discount on all our products.
Do I still need my broadband line ?
Yes, VoIP works on the internet.
Are there any costs to transfer my line?
No there is no cost to bring your line to Xinix on a 24 months term otherwise each phone number transfer is £20, capped at £150 for any block numbers.
If there is a problem on my VoIP line who do I call ?
Once your lines are transferred to Xinix you should call us directly, our faults team work 24 hours a day for any outages.
So who fixes the problem ?
Our VoIP server is our own and we have in house engineers.
What if I need new VoIP lines ?
Your packages are scalable; a call to your account manager will be sufficient.
