The moment you order your service from us, we’re on to it. We’ll call you to make sure we know exactly what you want, and then get to work on delivering it. And you’ll always know where we’ve got to, because we’ll keep you well in the loop.”Once we hear from you, we follow up with a phone call to talk things over. We’ll then install the service at the earliest opportunity.

Carrier Pre-Select

Carrier Pre-Select (CPS) gives you the flexibility to choose which calls you want to route (with certain exceptions, such as call barring).

Routing options

You can use CPS to route any of the following voice traffic:

• All calls
• National calls only
• International calls only
• International and national calls.

Special numbers

Short code calls such as operator calls, emergency services e.g. 100, 999, 112 and numbers for unmetered internet access such as 0844 04 and 0808 99 are unaffected by CPS.

Retained features

CPS gives you the benefit of continuing to enjoy the extra line features that you might currently receive from your service provider, such as voicemail.

XINIX World allows you to build your own line rental and calls package with optional call builders and competitive rates to UK landlines and mobiles. all plans are subject to a 24 months contract.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Offer for a limited period only and subject to availability and change – please see our terms and conditions at www.xinix.co.uk/terms for details. If the contract is terminated within the minimum term charges may apply as stated in the standard terms and conditions. If you take any of our bundled minutes offer, separate terms and conditions apply which can be found on the website. A 24 month contract applies. Unless otherwise stated, a £35 one-off connection fee applies. Broadband packages and call packages must all be taken with line rental for the length of the contract. Unlimited UK calls (01, 02 and 03) are capped at 5000 minutes per line and unlimited UK Mobile (Vodafone, O2, Orange and T-Mobile) minutes are capped at 300 minutes per line and can only be applied to a maximum of 6 lines. Capped calls attract set up charge of 10p for mobiles and 5p for local and national. Optional free line installation is subject to 36 months contract. Mobile 500/1000/1500 packaged minutes cannot be carried over to the following month and calls are charged to the nearest minute.

Price requires Direct Debit payment and use of eBilling. Paper billing is available at an additional charge of £1 per month per account
